The Montana Society strives to create opportunities for both students and alumni to interact and connect with one another in a mentor/mentee capacity.
Students of the School of Architecture are introduced to the Notre Dame Career Center to begin their networking and mentoring endeavors. Thru the Career Center, a job shadowing program is in place to give architecture students the opportunity to shadow alumni of the University’s Architecture Program at their workplace. The program not only exposes the student to architecture in its practice, but also opens the door to a longer term mentor /mentee relationship. The Career Center takes initiatives to contact students to gage interest however if Students are interested they are always welcome to contact the Career Center themselves. http://careercenter.nd.edu/for-undergrads/internships/externship-job-shadow-programs/
Alumni of the Architecture School who are interested in becoming involved in the job shadowing program should contact the Career Center to fill out an alumni application http://careercenter.nd.edu/for-alumni/notre-dame-job-shadow-program/
